I'm looking forward to offering yoga sessions during the retreat. Among yoga’s many benefits, bringing awareness into the body and connecting to the breath can facilitate grounding to enhance meditation. By improving our posture through asana practice, the breath flows deeper and is less restricted, which then creates improved functioning of the nervous system. The sessions will be applicable to all levels regardless of experience.

The Retreat starts Friday afternoon (check-in begins at 2 pm) and ends after lunch on Sunday.

Lodgers at the Mercy site receive 6 meals total when they stay 2 nights. 

       ​Fri - dinner | Sat - breakfast, lunch, dinner | Sun - breakfast, lunch

Commuters receive one meal per day

       Fri - dinner | Sat - lunch | Sun - lunch

Out of town guests will find an excellent selection of hotels nearby if you don't want to stay on site. The Mercy center is 10 minutes from San Francisco International Airport.  Please provide your own transportation to and from the center. (Uber is an inexpensive option if you don't want to rent a car.)

To reserve  your spot now, a non-refundable deposit is required with your registration.

$80 for lodgers, $54 for commuters. 

You can pay the balance later. The balance owed will be determined by the date you decide to pay in-full.

Cancellation Policy:

*All reservations include a 25% non-refundable deposit at time of reservation. 

  • If you've paid in full, you may be eligible for a partial refund if requested in writing prior to the cancellation deadline.

  • The deadline to receive an 75% refund of your paid-in-full amount is 30 business days before the event.

  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

  • Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

  • All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

  • Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
