Mindful Meditation: Journey to Inner Peace
Embark on a journey of self-discovery and inner peace with our Mindful Meditation group. This experience is designed for individuals of all levels, from beginners who are new to meditation to experienced practitioners seeking to deepen their practice.
Participants will learn various meditation techniques, including mindfulness, loving-kindness, body scan, and breath awareness. These techniques aim to cultivate a sense of calm, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote overall well-being; as well as help individuals establish a deeper awareness of the loving Spirit within.
Each session will include guided meditations, discussions, and opportunities for questions and sharing. Participants will also receive resources and tips for integrating meditation into their daily lives.
